Eco Fashion Week Australia (EFWA) is set to make history as it kicks off EFWA 2024 ‘Closet Of The Anthropocene’ with an ambitious world record attempt for the longest sustainable fashion runwayon water, set against the backdrop of the renowned Busselton Jetty. This groundbreaking event will feature an extraordinary showcase of sustainable samples from 54 designers, representing both Australian and international talent.
Eco Fashion Week Australia (EFWA), in collaboration with Ellenbrook Youth Centre, since March 2024 has been running a series of Youth Textile Art Technique Classes designed to inspire and educate local youth about sustainability and creative fashion.
We have partnered with Perth-based Tass1 Trees to distribute nearly 1,200 native plants and trees to attendees during EFWA in Perth and Busselton.
This Urban Greening Project aims to address Perth’s tree canopy crisis by encouraging attendees to plant and nurture these trees in their own backyards, helping to create a greener, cooler city.
